Darcy has always been passionate about training, nutrition and overall fitness. Born and raised in Mississauga, he played a number of competitive sports including baseball, basketball, volleyball, wrestling and football. He attended Saint Mary’s University on a football scholarship and was drafted 6th overall in the 2009 CFL draft. After playing a combined 5 seasons with The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Edmonton Eskimos, his career was unfortunately cut short by a career ending shoulder surgery.
Darcy has nearly a decade of training experience and uses a unique and integrated approach to personal training that consists of strength and rehabilitation sciences. He has worked with athletes in the NHL, NBA, NFL, CFL, OHL, NCAA and U Sports. His passion lies in helping clients of all levels, from beginner to professional athlete, reach their goals through developing strength, technique and mobility.
