Dillon grew up embedded in the culture of sports. He found his passion for fitness and health through his active lifestyle playing Junior hockey.
Dillon uses his functional approach and education to motivate, transform and achieve his clients goals. He has experience training all levels of fitness ranging from students, Proffessional athletes, general population. Dillon's principles of training drive from the foundation of building a strong and resilient PILLAR (hips, spine, shoulder).
