Natalie has spent her whole life taking part in various sports including Track and Field , Basketball, and Soccer. She believes in putting an emphasis on the importance of mental health in training and the correlation between the two. The inclusion of every person in every stage of life when it comes to training is what matters most. She believes that everyone deserves a chance to be their best self, regardless of experience level.
Currently, Natalie is certified in personal training and nutrition coaching. She is also completing a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and will then move on to a diploma in Physiotherapist Assistant/Occupational Therapist Assistant in the next year.
