Nicolette is the Trainer Lead at the SWAT Toronto location. She has been a member of the SWAT Health team since July of 2019.
Nicolette is a former Division I swimmer and an international level competitor. Her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and extensive experience in competitive sport enables her the ability to cater to a wide array of clientele.
