Wes is a certified Personal Trainer and with a certification in pre and post natal instruction and training. He is also a former Division 1 NCAA athlete.
Wes' main goal is to build and maintain relationships with everyone who walks through the door. He believes mental health is as important as physical health and when prioritizing mental health, the physical benefits will follow. Making people smile and spreading positive energy is one of his favourite things to do.
Family and friends are very important to Wes. Love and laughter is contagious and he tries to continuously spread as much of that as he can while playing recreational sports or simply hanging out with loved ones.
