Chloé Phillips

Chloé Phillips is a wellness expert, Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) passionate about the powerful connection between nutrition, movement, and performance.

During the retreat, Chloé will lead daily yoga sessions designed to help you recharge, restore, and reconnect. She’ll also share simple, practical nutrition insights to support your energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing—both during the retreat and long after you return home.

Chloé believes that mindful movement, proper nourishment, and meaningful relationships are the foundation of a vibrant life. Whether you’re looking to enhance energy, improve recovery, or simply feel more connected to your body, she is dedicated to helping you lead your most optimal life.

Alec Buenaventura

Alec is a movement specialist whose deep fascination with human mechanics stems from a lifelong background in competitive sports, including basketball, football, and boxing. With a solid educational foundation in Health & Exercise from Humber College, Alec is passionate about bridging the gap between theoretical science and practical, real-world performance.

Throughout your wellness journey, Alec utilizes his expertise in biomechanics, functional anatomy, and precise exercise prescription to create highly personalized movement solutions. Whether you are focused on rehabilitation, enhancing athletic performance, or simply improving general mobility for daily tasks, he provides guidance designed to ensure immediate results and long-term, sustainable physical health.

Alec lives by the philosophy of empowering clients to unlock their full physical potential. He is dedicated to helping you understand how your body functions so you can move with confidence, efficiency, and ease. In his personal time, Alec enjoys exploring MMA, cooking, thrifting, and traveling.
